This firm is led by Mr. Vishva Priya (American settled Indian) while has good design sense but suffers from superiority complex to constantly crib about Indians. Work culture therefore suffers as team opinions dont count and youre only expected to follow instructions. Money and salaries are big issue here, no bonus & delayed salaries, especially during lockdown, the situation has deteriorated, as there is not enough work to support basic salaries and expenses. There is no healthcare benefit or insurance and no financial help can be expected for any reason & firm has not been able to provide any salary since April 2020 with no sight of getting paid in near future....Read More

Dislikes

Project designs keep evolving throughout the phase of construction creating unnecessary additional items and complex cost justifications. There is no sense of consistency...it is always a new wish to add something new everyday and costs immensely for project completion time. There is no balance between wishful thinking and practicality to execute.

Work Details

I represent chelsea west architects as a local / site incharge and technical coordinator handling all civil mechanical electrical plumbing facade solar and all related works getting executed, construction coordination & contract management.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
