Geniuon review currently I am not liking anything. Because busy in solving the issues.

Dislikes

Office politics, internal management dispute, having lot of work load on single person due this internal issues. And no one having idea that i am working on every Sunday though because of the work load and after completing the work still never get any kind of appreciation. Beside of appreciation most of times my work gets double.

Nothing much. Office close to station so traveling convenience

Dislikes

Office politics. The owners make pathetic personal comments and are shameless about it. Very bad place to work owners create such bad vibes. Amit maker a very sick fellow who doesn't know how to talk to employees.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
