Handling all tasks of each individual departments alone... which gives more experience and knowledge about its functionality...

Dislikes

Management and it's policy... No GMP... Can't work as a quality assurance head ... No freedom to take decision as per regulatory requirements. Can't work honestely, It's insane working at such environment... Causing Saint to my profession and public health.
