Its a start up and working from day -1 with the company till date. Provides good learning atmosphere to the employees. Management is absolutely good. Work life balance is always there as the stress levels are quite low and personal hours are left undisturbed to the employee. On job training will be provided to every employee and salary is according to the industry standards.

Everything is fine and nothing to find fault with the organization

Work Details

I am an operations head here and look after all administration activities right from selection of vendors to procurement from vendors, training the team , event handling, expenses handling , costing of menu , inventory management with warehouse.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
