Only the shift timings they are 9am to 6pm and week offs are sat and sun .No Appraisals,no hikes and no bonus.Team is supportive I can say.Transport culture is not good.when you want leaves they are not ready to give we have to beg and tell it is emergency or health issues.Being Pandemic also we are forced to work from office.

What ever field you are into there will be more work and less pay.There is a lot of politics .The notice period is 60 working days and if you are serving the notice period and taking leave you will have to extend days.In any company OT means you will be paid double but in here it will be same as a working day

There will be a lot of struggle in the beginning even after training.Now it's been 2 years and we don't feel it's that tough

Company is into tech support for us clinic and domestic as well but they is partiality domestic employees won't get cab facility where as international process employees get cab facility. When both are under one roof. I have quite this job after seeing this .

No transport facility. No peek and benefits. No proper cafeteria.
