It's not less than nightmare for me. no skill enhancing..no good work..and there is yes sir culture ..job security is always an issue here ..no project and top on that no SAP practised so no new project is coming.

Its a 'Lala' company, no work culture, everything is done on ad-hoc basis. Late night working hours which lead to heath issues. CGI is least bothered about your well being, they will even pull you out of your death bed for there work. Employees are used till CGI feels they are needed & then will make a plot to throw them out.
