Its a 'Lala' company, no work culture, everything is done on ad-hoc basis. Late night working hours which lead to heath issues. CGI is least bothered about your well being, they will even pull you out of your death bed for there work. Employees are used till CGI feels they are needed & then will make a plot to throw them out. Full politics, its doesn't have a conducive environment for honest, hardworking person. Managers are incompetent....Read More
