OSB India Interview process feedback
Overall Experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (Positive)
I interviewed for a Salesforce Developer role at OSB India. The process had 3 rounds: HR screening, a technical round, and a managerial round. The difficulty level was moderate, and the process took around 1 weeks.
Interview Questions & Rounds:
• HR Screening: Basic questions about background and experience.
• Technical Round: Deep dive into Salesforce concepts, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Managerial Round: Scenario-based problem-solving and project discussion.
Pros:
✅ Well-structured process
✅ Interviewers were professional and engaging
✅ Relevant technical questions
Final Thoughts: I had a good experience with OSB India’s interview process. If you are well-prepared in Salesforce technical concepts, you should be able to clear it.
Would I recommend it? Yes, passionate pals can cherish go crazy here
