Dislikes

I wish CGI would invest more on innovation to come out with outstanding products in major domains, given the huge resource pool. Due to constant focus on customer demands and revenue objectives, innovation is something which takes a back seat and this is sometimes frustrating. This is true for most big companies like CGI.
