Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. You have to work extra without no extra payment. If your boss want any document end of the day, that means you have to give it that day no matter what. Be ready to be able work 180 hrs in a month because this is common.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
