Informal system where one does whatever they want.

Dislikes

The system is totally undeveloped and lack of even basic resources. The personal and office life is all mixed up and therefore senior and juniors don't really work.

Boring, Hectic, Everything needs to be done on your own, no guidance or help.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
