Dislikes

There is no increments in our sallary , im working here from past 4 year there is no senior or junior on experience basis and also new employees are getting a job without any training and no fix time for duty off and also no fixed holidays are there

The job is interesting where we responsible for quick action and management of patient but also associated with struggling ourself and also this is a good learning platform where i learn lot’s of new things and experience

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
