I found here salary increment always on time. Monthly salary credit on account on time before end of the month days. Official working time also very good.

I like here yearly increment policy. And they have provide convince at the time of covid with alternate day working.It's very helpful for every employees.
Dislikes
I would not like job contact policy timing. Because they have provided contact letter for 2 or 3 or 6 month . Here is only give salary. Not provide any other facility like medical, food, bonus and other.
