Working time, no proper management, No back up support, If someone im sales it's difficult to work. Many time I received my salary after 3 month like October salary will be credited to your account in January. I didn't get my salary on time ever.

Overall experience of working in caya constructs is the best but the one thing I don't like about it that, I was appointed in this company through a contractor named Lakhan Sharma. I was not a permanent employee of this company So When my site work has completed, that contractor Terminated me from this job without any reason & without any prior notice.
