They do have all good policies in place..but is it been utilized properly is the question.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

It's not employee centric. How much ever the client tries to utilize or treat badly unless u resign they will not come n ask you. Inspite of so many complains no progress was made. What is the use of speak out?? Don't ever join scb client.
