Work environment is good, and you need to create your own team to get better results. Employee retention is very difficult. Higher management support is very minimal. Annual increment is in single digit for top contributors and think how it is for average people. Very difficult to survive in the long run as your package will increase 5% PA. People go there for salary growth, as the company gives 20 to 30%, honestly I don't recommend this company to others. The way we are encouraged to upskills ourself.its good for passionate people.work culture is good.

Dislikes

Not good people management( need strong management).need to improve training plans,salary???:) and important thing "people matter result count" is not correct....increment policy should be revisited by higher management.
