No work life balance at all. People will torture you to complete your work. They don't even respect your personal life. calls to mobile and asks us to complete the work on leave day also. No proper shift timings maintained. No appraisals and promotions provided. They'll just give hike for those who are close to them. They don't evenbother about hard working people and the genuine people who genuinely contribute to the project....Read More
