Good work environment and sensitive management. Good WBL. Large company hence lots of opportunities, but not available to you unless you build a strong network that takes 3-5 years.

Dislikes

Lack of forums for providing open feedback or career interests. Lot of bureaucracy. Bound to geographies. Lack of architecture work besides presales

Work Details

Mentor/Lead teams in delivering software using Java, Microservices, NoSQL, Kafka, Spring, SpringBoot etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
