Learning & development (as of 2018-2019). There are lots and lots of trainings and cources which we can opt for free, really useful

Dislikes

RMG. Resource Management is not upto the mark in Capgemini (as of 2018-2019 in APAC business unit). Most bench resources would have felt bad on RMG. They took more than 30 days to update skillset and refer projects for a bench resource. Then they will only ask, "Why are you on bench for more than one month?" Other than this, I feel Capgemini is a great place to work.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I Have total 4.1 years of experience in Capgemini and here concept called ADC(Advacne delivery Center) where they will take multiple project and they will assign one resource to multiple projects and Carrier wise they are not providing much options to choose. if you want to change the project you have to change the company there is no flexibility to change the project.
