To be honest, with my 25+ years experience with multiple MNCs - I think Capgemini is at par. You get what you deserve.

The best part of Capgemini is work life balance and flexible work time , and coming to the Job security you will be having 90% secured job , and you'll get gain much skills as learning platforms are free and you will get free Cab facility for all people who are deployed in the project

The worst part is lack of project, and you'll be made to sit on Bench period for long period, no RMG will help you as they won't reply for our msg , they'll just hire people coming about to the project it all depends on the luck even though if you're having a good skills set nobody will consider that and take you directly in the project, you'll get disappointment each and everytime. Why do they even hire ? If they don't have any project to deploy. Even though if they deploy also they will just keep you in the shadow period literally for 8-9 months with no update. It is a good company to start your career because you will get to learn much more, they have extensive learning programs and collaboration with various vendors for external certifications. Overall it's a good company to work if you get good manager and project.

Work culture is great, you can reach out to your leadership quite easily without any concerns of hierarchy. Work Life Balance is Average to Good depending on your project. Flexible & Hybrid work from office norms are a plus point

Salary, benefits & Appraisals are extremely poor. You may sometimes be tagged to a project with a role which has nothing to do with your skillsets or profile and would add no value to your overall experience. But it all depends on project availability and there are some good projects as well
