Either The Human Resource team of Capgemini are not aware of the role they are hiring or they intentionally ruin the future scopes of people by conveying false info. Sharing my experience: I have 2 years of experience in Content writing & marketing industry. I was interviewed for the same job role for the vacancy in Internal Communications department of Capgemini (Kolkata). But when I joined there, came to know that there is no such vacancy in Internal Communications department in CG kolkata. As a result, I'm currently alligned to HR department (Talent Acquisition). Now, any layman can understand how it'll affect my future scopes!! Not only to me the same thing happened to too many people!! As a result l, many newly joined employees had to put down their Paper as they didn't want to ruin their 7-8 year's experience... So before joining Capgemini be 100% sure your recruiter name is not Priyanka Sarkar and there is a nlmention of the job role in the offer letter which was missing in my case!...Read More
