Job security is good. Capgemini will not consider based on work, Automatically there will be no work culture. Most of the projects doesn't give shift allowances and they never give money for shifts according to policies they maintain.they will conduct pulse survey and for the reviews project director will read and for issues they will respond as please talk to us personally and reviews are anonymous but if you talk personally they might take action on you. Capgemini is only for the people who are looking for job security with no pressure who take work lightly....Read More

Dislikes

Capgemini never give promotion based on work. They will give according to order. If a person who got 1 rating he never get any star award or any other recognition awards. People who got default will eligible for small awards. And the promoted guy need to wait for next year. HR and their policies are not good. If a person is good andhard working he needs to be encouraged not to encourage everyone. There will be no compilation. Even if you work hard they keep giving default ratings. If you shift a company then begging starts from hr management to manager saying we can give 60% hike such stuff..if a person has dependency on him why can't they promote. Also company policies working hours are 9 but officially they will extend to 10.30 hours....Read More
