I have worked 3 years 7 months in CG, i have 2 projects when i was doing 1 project my manager was good. my starting CTC is 2.4L, after 1 year tgey default hike now 3LPA. 2.6 years i didnt get any salay hike. 2 time i got project star , xtramile award.
