1.Work ethics.
1. Slow growth 2. Pay Hike 3. Working hour, it's 9.5hrs 4.No work from home 4. cafeteria 5. No sick leave, even if you have proper documents. ( Once I had a major operation during my time in capgemini and I took 15days leave and it deducted from my PL, which is 22 day per year. That time I only had 7PL, so, it was LOP for me.)
The working hour in Capgemini is too much, it's 9.5 hrs. Also they're very strict about it. So sometimes it was too hectic.

Knowledge is valued, respect is not there and work culture like labour class, don't expect any help from HR or management if you are 100% true and product live as well, if your manager is toxic and untruth then also manager's untruth will be supported.

Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . HR policies too worsts, I have cleared the technical rounds and not released offer letter. HR reply is previous company which worked 10 yrs back not functions now its in default list. How come employee responsible if any companies closed. If Capgemini also not functioning after some period of time, want to blame employees? I have all the documents and worked genuinely for all companies and requested to HR to check that period of time companies functioning or not.
