Sometimes, the structure and scale of the organization can make career progression and recognition a bit slower than expected. No hike, No promotions even when your performance is good. I've been here since 3 years and till now I got 0% hike. They don't even tell the reason of no hike.

Management and renumeration are really bad.. You will find ample employees with 4-5 years of Capgemini experience yet not getting single appraisal….. Even they don’t pay the complete variable pay…… No-one knows exactly who decides the ratings n all ….and you won’t get any support from HR or delivery heads when you raise concerns over pay cuts or no appraisal…..Please don’t join if you have other offers in hand ….
