To be honest, with my 25+ years experience with multiple MNCs - I think Capgemini is at par. You get what you deserve.

company culture is very good , old timers adhere to the values , newer associate tend to disregard these esp @ sr levels.. and throw team members under the bus to save their role/jobs

several VPs , Sr Dir, Dirs are keen to grow fast @ the cost of the company , their team and the values of the company are throw out.
