CG doing lot of fraudulent with employees. 1) Working hours 7.30 and 9 hours based location, even you extended the shift, you Will considered worked as 7.30 / 9 hrs (timing variation based on location) and same submitted to labour office like people are working only 7.30 hrs 2) we are working 6 days but system not capturing the Saturday work. And we can not apply leave on Saturday. Becz there is mentioned as week off 3) very worst policy and very poor people management 4) 3 month notice period is compulsion to everyone but in offer meter describing like only two month only. 5) No work life balance.. We are working Saturday and sometimes Sundays too without any benefits. I suggest do not join capgemini....Read More
