Warning for everyone specially freshers do not join here. 1)you have to report directly to Director Dhiren N.Sheth every time he just yelling at you. Sorry doesn't work for him so he just want to scolding you every time he did this with everyone and he intentionally find minor mistakes even grammatical mistakes also.he is primary rea son not to work there 2) Rules are changing everyday as per director wish and it's very irritating it's only create hurdles in your work. 3)Here you have to create work report for 510 min that is 8.30 hrs every day you have to show this report to Director and you will be late for going home. Your late sitting are normalised. 4) there is only one senior there his name is Dipan Choksey but he doesn't help you to your work even if you are fresher you have to figures out on your own otherwise be ready for getting scold from director. That senior also getting scold but he doesn't care he ignore every warning by director. He is super lazy he need 2 hrs for 10 min work. He is very arrogant towards you every time but when he needs your help to complete work he is very sweet towards you for his work. After completion of work he again behave arrogantly with you. 4) it's hard to getting leave very hard you have to beg to that Dipan Choksey for getting any leave. He inquires alot even in critical situation he suggest you alternative how you reduce your leave or how to convert full day leave into half day<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. It very difficult to deal with him 5) salary is very less there even employee who works there for continuous 15-20 years he getting salary below 20k</mark>. 6) Director and your Senior make your life hell . Here abscond rate is very high because you have to serve 3 month notice period in that period your life is hell you can't bear stress for that long time. They make sure either you have bear this stress or you abscond on your own. When you abscond they send people to your home . 7) That senior Dipan Choksey intentionally make your simple task in to hard task and time consuming. 8) No salary increment here. 9) The positive reviews which you seeing it's posted by HR team because they knew no one wanted to work here so they trying trap someone by fake review posting. My suggestion to everyone don't work here it's hell. It's better to take some more time and find somewhere else.
