...native how you reduce your leave or how to convert full day leave into half day. It very difficult to deal with him 5) salary is very less there even employee who works there for continuous 15-20 years he getting salary below 20k. 6) Director and your Senior make your life hell . Here abscond rate is very high because you have to serve 3 month notice period in that period your life is hell you can't bear stress for that long time. They make sure either you have bear this stress or you abscond on your own. When you abscond they send people to your home . 7) That senior Dipan Choksey intentionally make your simple task in to hard task and time consuming. 8) No salary increment here. 9) The positive reviews which you seeing it's posted by HR team because they knew no one wanted to work here so they trying trap someone by fake review posting. My suggestion to everyone don't work here it's hell. It's better to take some more time and find somewhere else. Even after reading this you thinking to join then Congratulations you are idiot .

I worked at CA Galiakotwala & Company as an Accounts Assistant. Director Dhiren N. Sheth's micro-management approach made it difficult for me to work independently. He often focused on minor mistakes rather than providing constructive feedback. He consistently expected employees to work late hours. What's more concerning is the stark contrast between his expectations from employees and his own behavior. He demands professionalism from his team members but consistently displays highly unprofessional conduct himself. His temper is notoriously short, and he frequently lashes out at employees, creating a toxic environment. Furthermore, he treats his employees with disdain, often speaking down to them and making them feel inferior. CA Dipan, was another major obstacle. His slow work pace caused significant delays in tasks, and his inability to manage workload efficiently made easy tasks unnecessarily complicated. He lacked cooperation and clear communication, making it challenging for me to complete tasks efficiently. The so-called HR representative, Gunika, is more aptly described as 'Director Resources', as she prioritizes supporting Director Sheth's views over addressing employee concerns. She was aware of the issues with Director Sheth and CA Dipan but chose to support and enable their behavior rather than addressing the problems. Furthermore, she misrepresents the company during interviews, providing a misleading picture of the environment. Her actions are driven by self-interest, prioritizing her own interests over the well-being of employees, making her complicity in perpetuating this toxic environment all the more alarming and disappointing. To add to the woes, employees were often expected to perform tasks outside of their job description, including file listing and operations work. In operations, we were expected to prepare reports, while the operations employees would often sleep on the job, leaving us to handle their responsibilities as well. This lack of accountability and unfair distribution of workload added to the frustration. Another frustrating aspect is the company's notice period. Although the official notice period is 3 months, the management intentionally delays the process, stretching it to 4-5 months. Their motive is clear: they want employees to abscond on their own, allowing the company to avoid paying dues. The Full and Final settlement process is also poorly managed.
