During my time at C3ihub I observed significant challenges related to office politics, no tools to be learnt for skill upgradation which affected the overall working environment and team morale. In particular: Favoritism: Certain individuals received preferential treatment, which led to unfair distribution of opportunities and recognition. In advance rohit Negi - a Uttarakhandi is real shit who has degraded the overall reputation and working of company along with his uttarakhadi team head a stammer (mridul chamoli) whose expertise is to pretend that he is hardworking but again shit. The company is headed by Bengali maid who are just fooling government and earning money.
