Almost no work at all. So plenty of time to upskill.

Dislikes

No work at all. Even if we get some work, there are instructions to do it with minimum quality and maximum quantity. We are supposed to work on weekends too. They are dealing with critical infrastructure of country in return of huge money but they are providing very low level of work which is a danger to national security. They are using open source tools like Wireshark, AlienVault or VT but tells their client that they are using their own in built tool which is clear breach of trust and work ethics. HR team is very toxic along with their toxic policies which even eats up your earned leaves. Boot lcking is very much visible in every grade of employees. Interviewers for arious positions tends to show off their superiority and boasting while conducting interview with minimum courtesy.

Not much work pressure, so you can learn or prepare for any certifications.

Dislikes

Politics Racism They break the same rules they create Only big-tongue people can survive here No respect to hard-working, skilled people Non-skilled seniors, So you are on your own 90% politics, 10% work There are few non-skilled people who are sitting between the management and employees, and they are the reason for most of the problems in the organization. they just want you to worship them

During my time at C3ihub I observed significant challenges related to office politics, no tools to be learnt for skill upgradation which affected the overall working environment and team morale. In particular: Favoritism: Certain individuals received preferential treatment, which led to unfair distribution of opportunities and recognition. In advance rohit Negi - a Uttarakhandi is real shit who has degraded the overall reputation and working of company along with his uttarakhadi team head a stammer (mridul chamoli) whose expertise is to pretend that he is hardworking but again shit. The company is headed by Bengali maid who are just fooling government and earning money. Lack of Transparency: Decision-making processes were not always clear, leaving many employees feeling excluded or undervalued. Interpersonal Conflicts: Tensions between team members often escalated due to unresolved issues or miscommunication, impacting productivity.
