This company has nothing to like; it's all about politics. No one can grow here because some long-time employees pull others down to prevent their success.

Dislikes

There’s no work-life balance, long hours, and politics in every department. There’s no opportunity for growth, and salaries are akin to labor wages, with no genuine raises or proper recognition for the artists.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
