All about brand is good and of high quality but quality of manpower is below than average means very poor. still there is no work culture . seniors always abusing in general as well as in meeting. compensation is good and lete delivered but seniors deduct expenses without any reason and it is tough to ask why. top management is verypoor because they know the actuality but never take pain to punish old employee. all most old employee is below standard even they do not speak, write and express themselves in a manner able way. only way to survive is buttering which is never be acceptable by a talent worker.
