Work Life balance is good and so is the average salary of most people working here however it would be more beneficial to have flexible working options.

Depending on what your project and engagement is you may feel left out. Org is a pure consulting firm mostly operating in T&M mode so projects have a very short stint post which you go back to bench pool. This keeps happening and seems to be just the way the org works sometimes leading to feeling lesser sense of stability in the job.

One has to align to the powerhouses in the organization. if you only concentrate on ensuring you deliver your best, you will not succeed. you have to align to one of the leaders to sustain, else career will be doomed.
