I didn't worked there for to give review first of all but I'm giving wht I saw I worked there for 6 months and that was the worst company I've ever seen poor management, no cell phone , poor time management I 've feeled like working in KGF if I have to be honest

poor management, lack of work-life balance, low pay, inconsistent work schedules, limited growth opportunities, customer abuse with inadequate staff support, and a feeling of not being valued by the company;

we just have to work in office and that too monday to friday.

The office timing is so stirct and the major problem is with the manager,my manager tortured me he used to talk non sense with other colleagues ,he bodyshamed me , he says anything what comes to his mouth he judge other people very easily his name is saikiran

Company is very good. They hire freshers as well so you get an opportunity to learn. It's an extremely good choice if you want to make your career in tourism field

No work life balance. Long duration of work. Too much of politics. People at high level only care about themselves. No chances of growth

They are hiring in bulk in November and December on the contract basis, because their count of every country is so much in start in January to Mid September, After That they are ending your contract and so much people loose their job

The team I had was the best team having Abdul Mutallib Shaikh as senior manager was blessing. He was very understanding and helping nature.

When I was working there salary was relatively less. Now they have increased CTC so now even that is not a problem. I would like to work with vfs again.

I have a concern regarding the management at my company, Saudi VFS. Specifically, I had issues with my Operations Manager (OM), Venu Murgan. He would often misbehave and speak to me in a disrespectful manner, making me feel uncomfortable. I considered reporting this to HR, but hesitated since he was my OM and I worried it might affect my incentives and my future in VFS .I hope a higher authority will look into this matter and ensure justice for female employees like me. Venu Murgan would frequently discuss his personal family problems with me, which made me feel like I was there to listen to his issues rather than work. In contrast, our previous OM, Srinivas Sir, was excellent. He was approachable, and if I had any problems, he would help resolve them.I'm sharing this experience to warn other women who might face similar issues with Venu Murgan.I wanted to work in VFS for a long time commitment but just because of Venu murgan sir I needed to leave the office....Read More
