It's good company for starting your career. You get good pay. Sat & Sun days even Manager will not disturb you via call or massage. Parties and Picnic Programs regularly.

Dislikes

Company Culture is very bad. Senior Management doesn't care about their employees. Strict timings- You have to report at 7:30 AM and No timings for leaving office It goes upto 11:30 PM. They hire uneducated or unqualified peoples also. So you will not get a good surroundings of Learning.

I like working with vfs that we have to take application on behalf of embassy's consulates and high commission. I like interacting with customers taking their documentation Processing with their visa application and doing their biometric.

Dislikes

What i dislike about vfs is partially whish is going on in the organization but I m not blaming the management for this. Management system is doing great but the spoc person are playing game with both the management and the employees.

Though the management is very worst and creepy it's to much of politics and the senior and deputy managers are very rude with employee wants all the gossips and really they try to involve in employee personal life and No work culture at all Its soo boring feels like working in hospital There is no appreciation for staff And the seniors have no communication skills at all don't even speak up in English and soo irrespective towards new employee and (call out us as aaa youu) in this slang and it really feel abused This is my request to the vfs company and brand that please it's a begging request do check on this thing Your Company Hire the people who atleast can Speak and pronounce the number in proper manners Here in UK vac customer laugh and says That from where your staff is coming they even can't pronounce numbers. It's really question to company for it's reputation. Humble request to the ceo Mr.Zubin Jal Karkaria of the company to look after this thing Going around Working here I experience and gained a knowledge about visa's process for that I'm great full But please make a justice with employee and please change the higher management in pune it's too much of politics and trying to make out the bad reviews for company and the senior staff has to be changed please do check for there performance as well there productive do matter ( doesn't it ) You can check on the feedback web site that there is very poor reviews about the communication of the employee and still this kinda employee is working there since more then 4 year this too bad and gives negative effect on company brand and title #savevfsglobal from double faced people there .
