During covid19 lockedown they put us on unpaid leave i don't think so that will help full . I just don't like this company over all

For freshers training is provided by the larned authority as well as by staff for proper work guidence. Management is always cooperative for their employees. Work environment are good as well as cooperative teammates. Target achiver teammates and management.

The work is very interesting. The main thing is that the work is equally divided into team and as multitask. Stuck to a single work is not our policy. Regular distribution of work was done by our superiors.

The only thing which is positive is salary on time but compensation wasn’t enough as per work

Company consider us as a robots force to work 15 16 hours and not paying enough Internal politics is terrible only close subordinates to management get rewards Salary structure is poor and can be considered as lowest and management tries to fool employees Work environment is so poor it’s very undesirable. Oh the only think i liked about this job was that the fellow employees were very nice and supportive.

First of all i would like to talk about hypocrisy and double standards about their policies. We were told that we should not post any photos in our uniform in any social media platform but i have seen my manager's and other employees posting photos in the uniforms. Also i have seen that manager's have favouritism going on in office.The salary structure was pretty bad. On paper it was written that u would receive so called amount and in reality i have gotten less amout. They taught us about restrictions and policies but i have seen that not only employees but even managers dont follow any standards and guidelines....Read More
