Oh the only think i liked about this job was that the fellow employees were very nice and supportive.

Dislikes

First of all i would like to talk about hypocrisy and double standards about their policies. We were told that we should not post any photos in our uniform in any social media platform but i have seen my manager's and other employees posting photos in the uniforms. Also i have seen that manager's have favouritism going on in office.The salary structure was pretty bad. On paper it was written that u would receive so called amount and in reality i have gotten less amout. Work Details

Overall i would like to say my experience was bad at VFS Global services. The environment of office is toxic especially when the managers are the worst.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Nothing like about VFS. Our job is totally on risk on current situation. don't know what is our future. We are in big trouble.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low,and growth is slow.

Handling queries, visa submission officer,bio-metric enrollment officer, mobile officer.our daily duties in rotationally.

Company has brand name in market and it's very good start specially for fresher

Every organisation has politics and this certain people find everywhere so it's with Ahmedabad management plays politics specially which is still run and the HR also not bother for the same overall of I say about company it has best working culture and policies.
