Good place environment and culture. Teammates and management are so supportive. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hije and bonus every year.

When I joined this organization they not even given the offer letter I asked many times to hr but still I don't have and when they started lay off even they not give experience letter to employees who has more than one year experience beacuse I hv more than one year experience with this organization but still I don't get these 2 things..

TOTAL EXPLOITATION, ZERO GROWTH PATH. VISA SCAMS ARE VERY HIGH. PEOPLE TAKE BRIBE HERE FOR VISA STAMPING. This company should be BANNED and CLOSED in INDIA.

This company have a high range of pay including the OT and Incentives which can help a freasher to gain and safe more for the future.

Rhe growth in this company is very hard. I mean you dnt get the growth easily at here unless and untill you have prove your self to each and everyone and please them.

Interaction with diffrent type of people on daily basis and also having a new challenges everyday which helps to learn new skills. Hr and management is super cool with the staff Everyone respect every person from bottom to the top level of management.

Slightly work pressure in the season time when people rush to get the visa. It is challenging and fun but during that period the personal and professional life become very unstable.
