VFS GLOBAL is not supported any employees, they did not provide salary or any allowances , they just , decreasing staffs , vfs not providing that much of salary according to work , they want work more and more but you receive salary is lesss.

The only thing is good is working with lot of young energetic people who has just passed out from college. Fresh energy.

First of all salary as per the work load is very very poor. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE . It takes your 100 % of time apart from your sleeping time. Increments are like next to nothing after all deductions. It only keeps your occupied and apart from your personal life.

It's a good company for fresher to start the carrier but don't work more than 1 or 2 year.

1) Terrible Timings worst to worst timing In UK branch u have to work from morning 8AM to 12AM daily almost for 15 to 16 hours.. or the time will exceed till 1AM or 2AM in night... Sometimes by going home by 3 am in night. .. again they tell to come by 8 am in morning... Is it possible and manager Pradeep will come by 9pm or 10pm. b) Europe timing is morning 8 Am to 8pm. 2) There is no lunch timing lunch will do after 5pm. 3) So much work pressure, u will feel like u r in jail and UK process managers are not supportive Especially Pradeep Chitrala. The one who do religious partlity, he give mental torture, mental pressure, mental abuse, worst manger worst person I have ever see. a) instead of supporting us Pradeep support customer and scould in front of them. b) Always sit in CCTV room, if u want to sit in cctv room y u Woking as a manager. 4) after working for this many hours then we work as Labour in night. 5) A daily Labour job is much better than this job. 6) u feel like u r in hell in UK process. 7) My suggestions don't join this worst company. 8) They will call on Saturday and Sundays to work....Read More

Working is like working in Hell. After completing 16 hours of work UK process when we ask permission to go at 12AM in night manager said where u will go work is not finshed. So terrible , so disgusting, if I don't have financial problems I won't work here
