Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, integration, and architectural design. This role requires expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and proficiency in at least one programming language. Certification in ServiceNow implementation is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
• Lead and participate in ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Architect and integrate ServiceNow with existing IT systems and third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
• Ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow development and implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITOM and ITAM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration and implementation projects.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).
• ServiceNow implementation certification (Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in architectural design and solution architecture within the ServiceNow platform is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as GRC/IRM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and their integration with ServiceNow.
• Experience in DevOps practices and tools.
