Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Leadership:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the testing program for multiple enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives and timelines.
- Manage a team of test leads and testers, ensuring the creation, review, and execution of functional manual test cases while driving automation for SIT.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
Test Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans, tailored to each application (Kinaxis, MS Dynamics, iPLM, iQMS), with a focus on functional and integration testing.
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of test cases, ensuring alignment with business requirements and sufficient test coverage.
- Lead automation of SIT test cases, working with the automation team to improve testing efficiency and quality.
Project Operations & P&L Management:.
- Manage the program's financials, overseeing P&L responsibilities, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and budget adherence.
- Track and report financial performance, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve margins without compromising quality.
- Work closely with the finance team to provide regular updates on the program's financial health and ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.
Customer Stakeholder Management:.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with their objectives.
- Conduct regular customer reviews, providing status updates, insights on progress, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and communicate any changes or challenges, maintaining transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
Change Management:
- Identify and manage changes to project scope, timelines, and resources, coordinating with the customer and internal teams to assess impacts.
- Implement a structured change control process to evaluate, document, and manage change requests efficiently.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of change impacts and have a clear understanding of revised expectations and requirements.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and project operations, particularly in a multi-vendor environment with cross-functional dependencies.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards across all test cases, documentation, and outcomes.
- Conduct regular program reviews, providing visibility into progress, risks, and issues for both internal and customer stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
- Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for program effectiveness, test coverage, and defect resolution rates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program outcomes, gathering feedback, and optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Create dashboards and reports to keep both internal and external stakeholders informed of program performance, financials, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10-13 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a test program management role, including P&L management.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working within the semiconductor or high-tech industry is strongly preferred.
- Application Expertise: Proficiency with enterprise applications such as Kinaxis, MS Dynamics, iPLM, iQMS, and other relevant platforms.
- Testing & Automation Skills: Strong understanding of functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, with
experience in test automation.
- Operational Management: Demonstrated experience in P&L management, customer engagement, and change management in a multi-vendor or complex project environment.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Skilled in analyzing test metrics and financial performance to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Project Management (e. , PMP) or Software Testing (e. , ISTQB).
- Familiarity with test management tools and project management platforms.
- Prior experience managing test programs with financial accountability and direct customer engagement.
