Good Work Environment And Culture. Teammates Are Supportive And The Management Is Transparent. Company Policies Are Good Appraisals Are Fair And They Give Good Salary And Bonus Every Year.

There Is A Lot Of Enjoy The Works And Team Management Is Very Supportive.Salary Is A Good But Not A Excellent.There Is A Any Bound Company And Employees.Job Training Is Very Good To New Employees For New Joinees.The Good People.

The Job Is Very Interesting! Struggles A Bit In The Beginning As There Was Formal Training Session To Candidate.I Learnt Account And Billing Executive Profile. I Got A Great Chance Work There In A Different Roles For Company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
