Everything, I suggest not to land in this organisation else you will regret for wasting valuable time of your life and degraded yourself, the biggest mistake if I have done in my life is to join this organisation. No worklife balance, no culture, no professionalism, no employee empowerment, no motivation for healthy work life, the only thing they can do is use people like a machine and impeach, accuse people with negativity. Entire place is full of negativity and worse politics, such a creepy environment, thank God I got release from such a hell. This is a domestic call centre running with a minimum revenue and cheap culture, so you can't imagine the things what's happening inside once you don't enter, I have a terrific experience with this hell and now I am so happy to leave the place....Read More

Nothing was there to like, pathetic work culture, I will not recommend to anyone to join there. They even not release salary on time. There is no any app for calculate CL SL PL, Even manager don't know how many pending leaves are there on employee bucket. Everything is manual. No attendance system for employee.
