It doesn't mean to harm any organizations or any personal, I am just shearing my experience. Yes, working places are really good but I am looking for batter opportunity with good package as well as batter life support. Thanks 😊

Company was good I must say but management system must improve and relations between employer and employees also needed to improve I think in this Company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
