BotCode is a place to enhance your skills, here you can learn new technologies in advance than top companies yet to implement. I love the fact about BotCode providing more opportunities to develop / learn new technology and as a result I know about 5 to 6 programming languages.

Dislikes

Been 8 Years and politics becoming more Worst and BotCode lost many employee's because of that. Not sure when will top management will take care of this. Not sure when the Politics is going to Trash me out.

Exciting most of the times but some time internal Politics make to feel hectic.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
