Dislikes

The monthly review of operations, together with quarterly performance rating of branches and a quarterly reward for the best performing branch creates a healthy competition among branches to outclass and outperform others. The overall result is a victory to the company.

Work Details

Operations at Boston is more of a routine. Looking for chances to increase clientele base, and ensuring good liquidity reserve requirements have been challenging but interesting.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
