If you want to kill your financial growth join this company. Absolutely zero promotions. Pathetic office politics. No proper architects. No infra support what so ever. Year end appraisals is a joke. HR is non existent. Their revoke of hybrid work policy is a cherry on the top.

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.

Useless rotten old management, they don't know out side IT world, high degree of bossism, no value for merit BOSCH get 90% revenue via internal sub departments, they are not core IT company, so they take if any need but they don't hesitate to tell you to leave the company if no project, this a big risk in bosch

As per my department/section not for the entire company. Work life balance is good. Job security Good place for skill development. Work Satisfaction Company culture is quite good, but a bit of politics at upper management.

Dislikes

Compensation is not up to the mark, as per the industry standard. Hikes and promotions is also not good (Personal growth(Financial) is very very slow). Only upper management get good benefits. Onsite opportunity is only for so called "Managers". No proper Appreciation.
