Bosch as an organisation is good, good policies, good food.

Dislikes

If you are north indian then you will face discrimination. Intentionally they will speak kannada during team meeting and outing also. You have to say I do exist. Can they do this with colleague from Germany, a clear no. They think Hindi is your native language but actually Punjabi, haryanvi, Marathi can be your native language like they have kannada but this you can't teach them. Because basically mindset is against Hindi, no exceptions in this trust me. I am leaving this organisation soon, because I don't see growth being north indian even if I do hardwork. They don't respect people and their talent. They respect if you are kannada or not, Telugu, Tamil, kannadian, their world revolved around this only. They think they are self sufficient. My answer is then at first place Bosch being German organisation should not be in India as they are also self sufficient. They think North Indians are snatching their jobs. HR should include cultural acceptance training as mandatory trainings to support diversity. They are obsessed with their food habits, and can't accept the fact that most of the restaurants in foreign countries serve north indian food only....Read More

HRs can be misleading in their discussions. Even mail communications are not honoured . Hikes are pathetic. I got 0 hike for 2 years.

Work life balance is based on the project. Learning is poor as all the seniors keep dependency and dont share the knowledge to peers. Management people are not upto date with the current technologies. They are still in the older era and dont understand the work.
