Toxic Culture, starting from top Sanjay Shenoy, Neha n many others in the management are extremely toxic and will treat you like their slave. Zero job security, I have seen almost 8 people leaving abruptly within 8 - 10 months (either they were asked to leave immediately or they left for a better company) which is not quite usual. Talking about learning here, dont even think of it, since you are expected to work like robots you just follow whats instructed to you and dont use your head or else you are not the right employee as per them. Just another startup with toxicity at its peak and nothing to learn. If you want to make your life hell do join this company. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
