My perspective has changed about likes.

After resignation, the employer's behaviour is changed, after your all efforts, at the end they will say that what you have done yet. contributed throughout my tenure and supporting every project I was involved in, I was disappointed to hear comments at the end like "you have not done anything here" and "the performance was not good." These remarks were particularly disheartening after my efforts
